Lindsay Baker-Brozda was a competitive dancer for 15 years where she was trained in Acrobatics, Ballet, Jazz, and Lyrical. She is also trained as a tumbling coach. She has competed all over Canada and the U.S.A winning many awards. She has been teaching students of all ages for the past 12 years at many different studios. Her students have gone on to be Toronto Argos cheerleaders and have participated in the World Dance Championships in Poland. She has won top choreographer awards at many competitions in her years as a teacher. She was a judge at Rhythm Dance Competition University Challenge in 2014. Lindsay likes to take workshops in her spare time to help her stay up to date with the dance world. Her recent workshops have been with Nico Archambault, winner of SYTYCDC, and Wynn Holmes, who has choreographed for Celine Dion and Mary J Blige. Lindsay has been to Talent Rock Competition (run by Lou Pearlman) in Florida, and then again in Las Vegas, where she danced with award winning choreographers Glenn Douglas Packard and Chris Judd. In her earlier years, she also did workshops with the famous Bob Rizzo. Lindsay has danced for many Charity Benefits including the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay For Life, and the Miss Brampton Pageant. Lindsay is also a Full Member with the Performing Arts Educators of Canada in Acrobatics. Lindsay loves to be able to pass on her passion and love of dance to her students.
